Launched in 2008 Laundry Bag Lots is the partner site of Laundry Bag Store Online. Now you can buy larger quantity laundry bags at a discount. Because we have your bags shipped directly from the manufacturer's east or west coast distribution centers we eliminate distribution costs and pass this savings on to you. For quantites less than 50 pieces visit our Laundry Bag Store Online retail site. Please note we are an authorized reseller and do not manufacture any products.

Payment: Creditcard, e-Check, Money Order or Business checks. Creditcard payments are processed through Paypal and a Paypal account is not required. Paypal uses the latest e-commerce security and recently acquired VeriSign. We cannot take creditcard orders over the phone. Note: If you have trouble using your credit card you can call PayPal at their toll free number 888-221-1161.

Purchase Orders: Purchase Orders must be prepaid. We can email a PDF formatted invoice which can be printed for submission to your purchasing department. Email sales your order details along with your UPS Ground shipping address. We can also send an electronic invoice via PayPal. The electronic invoice is not a commitment to buy and can be canceled at any time.

Money Orders and Business Checks:

Money orders and business checks made payable to the incorrect payee or for the wrong amount will be returned.

Bag Colors: The color of the bags in the images shown may vary slightly depending on your computer system and are photos of the bags you will receive. The colors are the best we've ever seen. Note the images are watermarked but the bags have no writing on them. Email us if you have a question on the actual color.

Mixed Color Pricing: Quantity discounts are now available for mixed color orders of 50 or more bags. The bags must be the same size and style and you can only specify different colors for any multiple quantity of 5 bags. Mesh bags not eligible for mixed color discount.

For example: For a 50 bag purchase, 20 bags can be one color and 30 bags another. Important: To get the discount price you must purchase the quantity desired using a single bag color and email us after placing your order using the email address below or the address on your confirmation receipt. You can also enter the qty/color breakdown in the PayPal Memo Field upon checkout.

Guarantee/Warranty: 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! We back every bag with a one year limited wear and tear warranty. We will replace individual bags that fail due to normal use for up to one year from date of purchase. Contact sales for details.

Refunds: Since the bags are shipped directly from the manufacturer returns are both free and easy using the manufacturer's packing material and UPS customer return label included with your shipment. Simple call UPS for a pickup or drop it off at any UPS Retail outlet. Canceled orders and refunds are processed through us. Contact us before returning bags or for any reason.

Returns for Refunds are limited to 30 days from date of purchase. We charge a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee for all returns for refund. The manufacturer does not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges: Should you decide to exchange your bags due to size or color contact us to make arrangements to speed up the process. Exchanges are limited to 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days all sales final.

If you want to exchange your bags for a larger size you will have to pay us the difference in price in advance before the manufacturer will ship the larger size. If you exchange for a smaller size bag we will refund the price difference.

Free Shipping! directly from the manufacturer to you via UPS Ground. Bag ship same day unless out of stock. Note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

(Extra shipping charges for AK, HI and PR. Contact sales for additional cost before ordering. If your shipping address is to one of these locations you will need to pay the additional shipping charges first. We will invoice you via Paypal for additional payment). For shipping outside the USA you will need to use a third party shipper. Email sales for some recommendations.

Canadian Orders: The manufacturer offers free shipping to Canada via Purolator. Bag prices for shipping to Canada are a little higher and some duty taxes must be paid. To get a quote of total cost email us the bag size, color and quantity desired plus your shipping address. We will reply with an exact cost. You will still be able to pay via creditcard through PayPal.

International Orders/Shipping: International shipping is available to certain locations. A minimum of size of $2000 is required for International orders, except Canadian orders. Email us the bag stock #, color and quantity desired plus your shipping address. We will reply with a quote and shipping method costs.

Third Party Shippers: You can also use a USA third party shipper suchas DSV Air & Sea Inc. or ShopUSA. They'll provide you a USA shipping address. We ship to them and they ship to you. You will need to visit their sites for International shipping rates and details on using their services.

Please make sure your third party shipper can accept UPS deliveries. Once you decide on a third party shipper email us before placing your order so we can enable International payments. Payment must be in USA currency. We can also send you a request for payment. To help estimate third party shipping rates we can provide the approximate weight and package size prior to placing your order. Email sales with your order details.

Shipping Address: Enter your shipping address at Final Checkout. Please make sure the shipping address listed on PayPal is correct and can accept deliveries from UPS. Contact us if you need to track your package. You should include a contact phone number when entering your address on order checkout to aid in tracking.

Out of Stock: If the manufacturer is out of stock we'll notify you via email. Products that we know have a long lead time are posted on our Item Availability checker. The Item Availability Checker is located just under the "Add to Cart" button on each product page. You can also use the "Is it in Stock?" link from the main menu
