Bag Colors: The color of the bags in the images shown may vary depending on computer systems and are for reference only. The images are watermarked but the actual bags have no writing on them. However the actual bag colors are excellent, the best we've ever seen. Email us if you have a question on the actual color.
Guarantee/Warranty: 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! We back every bag with a one year limited wear and tear warranty. We will replace individual bags that fail due to normal use for up to one year from date of purchase. Contact sales for details.
Refunds: Since the bags are shipped directly from the manufacturer returns are both free and easy using the manufacturer's packing material and UPS customer return label included with your shipment. Simple call UPS for a pickup or drop it off at any UPS Retail outlet. Canceled orders and refunds are processed through us. Contact us before returning bags or for any reason.
Returns for Refunds are limited to 30 days from date of purchase. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns for refund. The manufacturer does not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges: Should you decide to exchange your bags due to size or color contact us to make arrangements to speed up the process. Exchanges are limited to 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days all sales final.
If you want to exchange your bags for a larger size you will have to pay us the difference in price in advance before the manufacturer will ship the larger size. If you exchange for a smaller size bag we will refund the price difference.
Free Shipping! directly from the manufacturer to you via UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. (Extra shipping charges for AK, HI and PR. Contact sales for additional cost before ordering. If your shipping address is to one of these locations you will need to pay the additional shipping charges first. We will invoice you via Paypal for additional payment). For shipping outside the USA you will need to use a third party shipper. Email sales for some recommendations.
Canadian Orders: The manufacturer offers free shipping to Canada via Purolator. Note: Because our PayPal account is shared with our retail site and that site does not accept Canadian orders you will have to email sales prior to placing your order so they can enable it. You will still be able to pay via creditcard through PayPal.
International Orders/Shipping: You will not be able to enter an order if you are not located in the USA until we enable it. First you will need to secure the services of a third party shipper suchas DSV Air & Sea Inc. or ShopUSA. They'll provide you a USA shipping address. We ship to them and they ship to you. You will need to visit their sites for International shipping rates and details on using their services.
Please make sure your third party shipper can accept UPS deliveries. Once you decide on a third party shipper email us before placing your order so we can enable International payments. Payment must be in USA currency. We can also send you a request for payment. To help estimate third party shipping rates we can provide the approximate weight and package size prior to placing your order. Email sales with your order details.
Shipping Address: Enter your shipping address at Final Checkout. Please make sure the shipping address listed on PayPal is correct and can accept deliveries from UPS. Contact us if you need to track your package. You should include a contact phone number when entering your address on order checkout to aid in tracking.
Out of Stock: If the manufacturer is out of stock we'll notify you via email. Products that we know have a long lead time are posted on our Item Availability checker. The Item Availability Checker is located just under the "Add to Cart" button on each product page. You can also use the "Is it in Stock?" link from the main menu
